Revise the existing Simplified Method for determining the creditable (or non-creditable) status of prescription drug
coverage provided under an employer-sponsored group health plan
Allow group health plans to use the existing Simplified Method or the Revised Simplified Method to determine creditable status of prescription drug coverage in 2026.
